Planned Server Infrastructure Migration Notice

Dear Customers,

In order to improve our service quality, provide a stronger hardware infrastructure, and enhance overall system performance, our server infrastructure is being upgraded in a planned manner.

Within this scope, the migration process to our new-generation server infrastructure will officially begin on May 22, 2026. The migration is planned to be completed within approximately 2–3 days, and all systems are expected to be fully active on the new infrastructure by May 25, 2026.

During the migration process:
• Your websites and services will be transferred securely.
• Daily and weekly backup processes will continue actively.
• Data security and service continuity remain our top priorities.
• All operations will be carried out in a controlled and planned manner.

During the transfer process, some services may experience short-term interruptions, DNS propagation delays, or temporary connectivity issues. Our technical team is taking all necessary measures to ensure the process is completed as smoothly and stably as possible.
